I would like to suggest making Ipsos iSay more accessible and fully available to users in Morocco. Many people in Morocco are interested in participating in surveys and earning rewards, but certain restrictions and requirements make it difficult to use the platform. I also believe that requiring a phone number should not be strictly necessary, as not everyone has access to one or feels comfortable providing it. Offering alternative verification methods and making more rewards available to Moroccan users would make the platform more inclusive and accessible to everyone. I hope you will consider these suggestions and improve the experience for users in Morocco.

been doing Ipsos iSay surveys for a few months now and cashed out gift cards twice with no trouble

SCAM Please listen to me.
All the 5 star reviews are totally bought from this scam company or are Bots that pretend and trick people struggling for extra cash into blinding doing surveys for them. They ask alot of personal questions and than the surveys half the time are fake.

They steal your information and sell it. Once you have waited the ridiculous 94 hour holding period which is obviously a red flag for scammers.
You won't be able to cash out/redeem your points. It has nothing its just a scam with a legitimate business contact so google says it's legal.

Once you email them to try and get your money they either do not reply. Or they always do there famous deactivation on your account automatically and pretend that you weren't honest with the surveys. So they don't have to pay you.

I have tried it for myself to see so I can report it for my job. But im just warning everyone.

This is just a SCAM nothing is free and these companies try anyway to not pay out especially ones that don't have a bank deposit and only gift cards and a weird 94 hour hold. Have a good day 😀😃🙂

None of rewards are available in ipop say except for jio mart .First of all they take 2 days to reply.Phone pe is our of stock since last 2 weeks and xoxoday is also on d off since last 10 days since last 5 days out of stock .when asked customer service says due to high demand it's our of stock .All rewards are out of stock d customer service is giving excuses our team is working .other survey sites repnlish rewards on max 4 days .you people are just giving excuses almost it has been 14 days for phone pe and xoxoday almost week does it take so much time to replenish reward do you people take any issues seriously it seems you taking complaints lightly stop giving excuses .where are rewards

Terrible experience for what is supposed to be a reputable survey company. I have used other online apps and survey companies before and am always careful, honest, and truthful with my responses. One app has even ported me over to a few Ipsos/Isay polls in the past, so my expectations were high.

I sign up, and proceed to spend the next several days taking surveys/polls and working my way towards a 1,500+ point redemption goal, which equates to a $15.00 reward. I take the last survey that puts me over my goal, and when I log back in, I am locked out and unable to do anything.

It says something about an "issue" and some AI baloney, so I email them. Their reply, which was clearly an AI generated response and form letter, said there were "irregularities," and other nonsense, none of which was true, and that they can't reveal exacly what or why, but I'm not allowed to redeem my earned rewards or participate going forward. Suspicious and annoying.

The email mentions a way to appeal, so I do, and state my case clearly that I did nothing irregular and have done surveys before. Once again, the same secretive BS answer/non-answer reply about, "we can't tell you why or give details, tough luck." I essentially wasted many hours and gave them lots of different and valuable information for their clients for absolutely nothing. What a joke.

Never had this happen before, this reeks of being scammed for data, and my numerous attempts to get answers or the damn money I earned got nowhere. Avoid getting screwed and wasting time- find a better, more honest company to take surveys that doesn't use AI to unjustly rip people off. Absolutely disgusting and unethical.

Ipsos needs to look into their systems and processes, and tweak their AI as well as have more human intervention to better serve their honest customers and not remove them and refuse earned compensation. They also need to improve their customer service and email responses, again more humans, less AI.

Very disappointed to be offered a survey for 45 points; spending half an hour to complete it and then discover I had been paid only 5 points. Contact Us offered a wholly unsatisfactory reason for this outcome.

Still waiting for my redeemed reward. Surveys appear after many days. Not worth it.

Bans you for no reason then refuses to say what's its for they can ban whoever they want and there is nothing you can do stay away

I was very happy with IpsosIsay in the last month when I completing surveys, but from October onwards they reduce the survey points drastically, in September a 20 minutes survey gives me 900 points now they offer only for same 20 minutes survey 300 points, i request you to kindly increase the price of surveys.

Terrible to say the least. They lure you with fake surveys they advertise on instagram and then give you something completely different..

Instagram ad: Hobby woodworker and between 35-44 years of age? Take our survey and keep everything you get.

Reality after clicking the link: register with a weird amount of very personal questions. This process already takes 10min of my time and then the survey actually was about TV streaming services and devices, had NOTHING to do with what has been advertised and of course there is nothing to keep. Took me about 20min and I received 60points for it, which is the equivalent of 60c

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY

Very Legit, I have playing this Apps from 2020 until now and got 300++already this apps are very good but need to have patient for the survey to be arrived to you..when it comes its will be confirmed that you will be get the point if you do aswer it well...thankyouu ipsos isayy🥰🥰

An absolutely terrible site, full of problems

I am totally frustrated and upset with this site. I just spent 35 minutes on a survey and was 80% finished. Then, the survey froze and would not allow me to give a response to any further questions. When I notified Ipsos about the issue, here was the reply:
Thank you for reaching out to us and for taking the time to participate in our survey regarding appliances. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused when the survey froze before you were able to complete it. According to our records, the survey in question was not completed and therefore no reward was credited.

We understand your frustration, especially after dedicating significant time to the survey. Unfortunately, points can only be credited for surveys that are fully completed and properly recorded in our system. This policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness for all participants.

How can I complete a survey if it is broken??? Is that fair to someone who was willing to finish the survey IF IT
WAS POSSIBLE??? So, if you are taking a survey on this site I suppose you can just hope you will receive any points.

Well, If ever there was a survey app to be holding a grudge, It's ipsos isay... I used to do well on this app, but at the moment my balance is being held captive at a cool 524 points( it takes 525 to cash out with PayPal) and no surveys have been made available to me in 4 days... Some rewards apps have a cut off amount. Plus not being given free access to the daily wheel bonus game (seriously, and I've contacted Ipsos isay dozens of times about it) puts this participant's satisfaction level to a plummeted one star. That's a D- on the letter grade scale. I would have given less but one is as low as we can go on here, but since Ipsos isay took petty to a whole new level and froze me out from being able to cash in my 524 points for at least a $5 Starbucks card or something, yeah that's right, they saw my review and decided "oh, you think we're not letting you make money now? Just wait until we do this !" and they did froze me out of the rewards redemption section, essentially stealing my 524 points because I'm speaking on how they operate, straight up, honest and real, and that particular AI has an attitude towards certain genders and people who don't bow down to their narrative..So no, I don't recommend this company or their app. Especially if you don't fit the preferred demographic. Ipsos isay is like a spoiled 11 year-old child, and if you don't allow or ignore it's bad behavior, it will take its ball and go home. And in conclusion, I will leave you with these three words,

YourView Surveys is a SCAM now!

I am so done with YourView Every time I complete a survey it says "the survey is broken" and I get 0 points. I completed more than 3 full surveys i wasted over 45 minutes each, and NEVER got a single point.

When you try to complain, they never resolve it. Support just gives you an automated reply. And now the worst part - when I try to open a ticket to complain, it says "You have reached the maximum limit" - so they block you from even complaining!

They steal your time and data for free. Don't waste your data and battery on this panel. It used to be okay but now it's just broken and dishonest. 0 stars if I could. If you complain about it they respond as if you need to track what actually happens. If they don't reward me my points I'm done.

Avoid!

I am very disappointed with Ipsos iSay. I have 3 PayPal redemptions totaling $11 that have been stuck 'Under Review' for several months. The points were deducted from my account immediately, but the money never arrived. I have sent multiple messages through the contact form inside the app, but the customer support team completely ignores my tickets and never responds. This is unfair. Please check my account and release my pending rewards.
