Ipsos iSay 

One of the slowest and customer care who doesn't bother complaint they are least bothered whether complaint had been resolved or not i raised a issue on 11 August that I had had almost completed a survey of India us relation worth lp 550 but didn't get points till now I didn't get points.Every time customer service says we need more time it has been 9 days when will my issue be resolved if for small issue 9 days are not enough.everytime asking for more time what are you people doing do you people reply in Trustpilot or you ipop say takes it for granted this shows the approach of ipop say for there panelist

I can't access survey since yesterday on your platform and I've not been getting response from your platform

Rung 3 times. Had time today. Minimal introduction as to who they are. Asked two questions - guy said “unfortunately you don’t meet the criteria” - click! Cut off. No goodbye!! So rude it made me laugh!

Okay, so I can see that Trustpilot has removed a lot of fake reviews. This would explain why I went ahead and signed up based on positive reviews/reassurance but have returned to so many negative ones after experiencing what I would consider to be scammy behaviour from Ipsos I Say.
So I have been completing lots of surveys with them and everything seemed great, until earlier today when I finished one and a warning message came up, something along the lines of how they take things seriously at keeping things genuine, so to keep answers honest and within their guidelines. Also they need to ensure that I am human.
Well, what can I say. I completed this survey in exactly the same way as usual..carefully, HONESTly, and fully. I always fill them out with care and authentically. AND, YES, I am indeed human.
Funnily enough, I fear that the lack of authenticity is coming from the other side of the fence...Ipsos I say I am just 100-odd points away from reaching the threshold for my first reward and you suddenly accuse me of this when nothing has changed from my side. COINCIDENCE?! ... I think NOT!!
I feel that I am about to be banned for apparently violating their terms, not being honest, and not being human lol to avoid paying me, after I have put in a great deal of time and thought into completing these surveys.
Let's hope I am wrong, but I highly doubt it after seeing many other similar reviews/issued faced.

Ipsos are supposed to pay out after you redeem enough points. I redeemed 2200 points being $20 in supermarket vouchers after doing quite a few online surveys.

i never received them. I contacted them three times including sending the exchange numbers and dates.

Never heard from them, never received them and was ignored.

I just wish IpsosIsay would stop disqualifying survey participants for the most bogus of excuses.

Other than that, they pay out quickly and don’t randomly shut down people’s accounts at random unlike Leo Leger and Lifepoints

Absolute waste of time...stay clear if you value your time and sanity. Rubbish earnings and infuriating site that keeps you going round in circles with never ending questions that lead to nowhere. I'm closing my account....

Ipsos Isay... I what can I say? f you can't get enough dejection and rejection from customer service AI bots programed to lie and deny as much as is necessary so long as the result is refusing credits when survey respondents are screwed out of their answers by either ipsos I say or their survey providers, then brother this is the app for you..it's just a runaround and a waste of time and if these are real people employed as their customer service then they are the biggest jerks I've ever had to deal with. I choose to believe it's AI because AI don't know any better. If you don't have them jerk you around , then yeah, ipsos I say is great, but if you're like me and refuse to take being stolen from lying down ,then it's more grief than they're worth ...don't even bother... D- Ipsos I say, you don't receive good reviews by being unreasonable. I recommend you try doing better. But that would have to involve you caring what your members think of you. And it just seems like you really don't.

Love this one! I use this both on my laptop and have downloaded the ap. They giver you great surveys and the incentive is somewhat better than most survey sites.

Joined and never get a survey no reviews nothing. What a joke.

worst stats platform, not reliable, spend half day to fill survey then to get kicked out mid-day, rewards are fake and unredeemable not to mention that their value is worthless, a total waste of time

I've been redeemed as 2 gift rewards but I cannot use it. It always show link is "under review", I already feedback them then they gave me a link that happened again :) It showed "under review" then I again feedback them. And they BANNED me with an insane answer, I spammed too much, they think I'm free so! Do not use it anymore

They won't pay your reward, they are grossly dishonest. Stay away from them.

Two rewards circling the drain. No Giftcard emails received although the Points were deducted. I have used the contact form several times and have not received a response. I redeemed my points for Amazon e-gift cards. The points were instantly deducted from my account balance, however the online system failed to generate the actual digital voucher link, and no delivery email has arrived.
Don’t waste your time taking surveys. You will not be rewarded.

I cashed out July 13 it is now July 22 no payment in 9 days and all i get is the worst customer service in history, Ipsos is the absolute worst survey site online i write this review in the hope that others will read my post and NEVER join. POOR and Disgusting automated AI generic customer service, IPSOS will never pay you for your time, no payments will EVER go to your paypal account and no one to complain too but an automated idiot.

Do not waste your time at IPSOS they should have a 0 star and everyone should know what a scam site it is.

I worked with this company for a few years and out of the blue they deactivated my account.

When I questioned the company they gave no reasons. They even kept the money I had in my account.

I would suggest not using this company to do surveys. Now criminal as they stole my earned money.

I took a survey that was advertised to be less than 20 minutes. I spent MORE than 20 minutes on it, as it asked very detailed questions, requiring sentences for answers. AFTER the survey ended, it said that the survey already had enough people, and awarded me .05 instead of the promised 10 or 20x that.
It's not acceptable to me to use that as a reason to get all the information you want and then come up with that kind of excuse. And ipsosisay supported that surveyor, after I reported the problem. Disappointing

I’ve been using this website for Surveys for over five years maybe even seven. I’ve cashed out plenty of rewards. Never had a problem now I wanna cash out again cause I’ve done a few surveys and made enough to cash out. They emailed me back stating that I don’t align with their requirements. Are you kidding me? I explained to them go look at my record of how many surveys I’ve taken within those years and never had a problem now they won’t let me cash out and they deactivated my account so whatever you do do not sign up for them at all.

I am beyond frustrated right now.

I have been doing online surveys for years. I use different platforms and apps. I know how screening works. Getting disqualified at the start? Fine. That is normal.

But Ipsos? They are something else.

Let me tell you what happened yesterday.

I started a survey about electronics. TVs, phones, gadgets. I spent almost 45 minutes on it. Maybe even an hour. I read every question carefully. I gave honest, thoughtful answers. I did not rush through it.

I reached the final page. The very last one. I clicked submit.

And then?
"Disqualified."

Just like that. No points. No reward. Nothing.

This is not a one-time thing. It happens almost every single time I do their surveys. I complete the whole thing. I answer everything. The points never show up in my account. Never.

They take all my data. My preferences. My buying habits. My honest opinions. They get everything for free. Then they kick me out at the last second to avoid paying me.

It is dishonest. It is exhausting. And I am done with it.

*My advice to everyone out there:*

Skip Ipsos surveys completely. Do not even click on them. Save yourself the headache.

They are going to disqualify you right at the end. It is their trick to save money.

Your time is valuable. Do not waste it on these people.
